It’s actually a vwery good question, Paule! Back in 1990 when I went through my divorce, I was sure the only thing I would end up affording was what we call a “white trash” trailer park! It was like a nightmare. Thankfully, I was blessed with a brand-new condo that the bank okayed and was perfect for me. (sigh)
